Photography Trips

This album contains images from trips where landscape photography is the primary objective. These trips are usually well planned and the photographic locations are carefully selected based on numerous factors, including celestial events involving the precise timing and locations of the moon and sun. Maps, GPS, compass, and moon/sun phase tables are important tools when planning my photographic trips. Of course, having the right gear is just a small part of creating good images. Your creative mind needs to be freed from all other thoughts and you have to immerse yourself to become one with the surrounding landscape.
